Our bindery services department handles everything from basic cutting, folding and laminating to more elaborate mail preparation and booklet-making services. Our full range of bindery services allows every job we produce to go out the door ready for distribution.
The bindery is also our last line of defense for quality control and all of our bindery personnel are trained to inspect your job as it moves through each step of the final stages.
We can perform many operations such as trimming, folding, scoring, die-cutting, collating, wrapping, stitching, padding and many others.
At Stan-McCallum Marketing & Design, we offer a wide variety of book-finishing. Saddle-stitched books are our specialty and we can produce most book types such as perfect bound, loop stitch, plastic coil, wire-o and binders.
For folding, we use a variety of folding machines, in-line slitting, scoring and perforating, plus a ton of other features. Our folding equipment allows for folding everything from letter-fold to 8-page signatures, heavier stocks (greeting cards) and much more. In many cases, the in-line scoring on a folder will do the job, but we also use a variety of scoring machines to reduce cracking on folded edges and special requirements.
